## What private changes

On a shared tour the day is built around the slowest pick-up and the last boat. Here it is built around you. Your boat leaves Sanur when you are ready, your guide stays with you all day, and nobody else joins.

## Choosing a day

If you are staying in Bali and have one day for Nusa Penida, choose a coast. The west has Kelingking and Broken Beach; the east has Diamond Beach, Atuh and a temple inside a cave. Roads on the island are narrow and slow, and two coasts in one day means most of it in the car.

For the water, the manta day puts you with reef mantas and on two more reefs. Certified divers can dive Manta Point and Crystal Bay with a private guide.

If you are staying on the island, the temple, weaving and kitchen day shows the Nusa Penida its people live in, and the photographer meets you at Diamond Beach at sunrise.

## Speedboat or fast boat

Several days come in two versions. On the private speedboat you have the boat and skipper to yourselves and leave on your own schedule, which puts you at the first viewpoint ahead of the scheduled boats. On the fast-boat version you have reserved seats on a scheduled crossing, with the same private car and guide on the island.
